We want you to have fun, but most importantly, be safe. While we cannot cover everything here, just a few tips.
Be safe and always have adult supervision. In the home is a pair of binoculars so observers can keep an eye on things. In the garage is a selection of Mens, Womens and Youth size life jackets.
In the Laundry room closet is a first aid kit with some general supplies. The closest option for additional items is Meijer; a 12 minute drive from the home. For any emergencies, please dial 911.
Three are in the house. In the laundry room, in the garage, and in the basement inside the kitchen cabinet. Please take a minute to locate them.
Home has two gas fireplaces. These must only be operated by adults. Reminder, you must ensure the damper is open prior to lighting a fire.
We welcome you to enjoy the fire pit. Meijer and EZ Mart usually have firewood for sale by the bundle. Always have adult supervision when using. Please never leave burning unattended.
Please do not move the grill. The tile backer is a heat blocker and barrier from the home. Please double check gas is off when done using. Please never leave unattended when turned on.
Be careful. The deck and stairs can be slippery when wet (or icy in winter). Practice caution. Please never lean or sit on guard rails.
The backyard is steep and landscaped with rocks, bushes, water features, etc. Do not venture off the decks and walkways. Practice caution.
