The home uses Starlink satellite internet services (a SpaceX company). The router is in the bunk room on the lower level (wood box mounted on wall with a flip up door). Please do not unplug/adjust unless its necessary to restart the router.
TEMPERATURE
Five 'smart' thermostats are in the home. The thermostat located in the living room controls the AC for the entire home (and the heat for its 'zone'). The other four thermostats control the heat (only heat) for their zone/area.
TV & MOVIES
All TVs in the home have Live TV & Movies from HULU. The TVs use Amazon Firesticks to also stream Amazon (free) Prime movies/TV along with additional loaded applications offering further movies and entertainment options. Printed instructions are included by the TV remotes. Please do not unplug any cords from TVs.
LAUNDRY
Laundry detergent pods are provided in the laundry room if you need to do a load during your stay. Please do not put sandy clothes in the washer or dryer directly. Instead, please pre-rinse them first on the back deck (lower or upper) with the provides hoses. If using dryer, please check and remove any lint from filter before and after each cycle.
TRASH
Please put the trash cans out at end of the driveway on Tuesday evening (trash collection is Wednesday between 6am & 6pm). For recycling, unfortunately it's not collected by the city. If you recycle, it must be brought to the self-service drop-off at 5435 Main Street in Onekama (close to EZ Mart).
